WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all products qualify for pickup if item in stock. Pickups are available once payment has been process during normal business hours.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for purchases over $100 USA Only.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
If your package is lost, missing or stolen you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit and to reship. Pretty Her Boutique does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping for purchases over $100 shipping is not valid on international orders.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Pretty Her Boutique LLC to import the goods on his or her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Pretty Her Boutique LLC may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his or her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Returns are only available for online orders only. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and all tags will need to be attached or no store credit or exchange.

All orders should come with a prepaid return label enclosed with your package, return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
